| 4 |
from the CD-ROM. |

Usage |
| 9 |
|
| 10 |
Double-clicking on !FontsCD will open a task window prompting you with |
| 11 |
three options. |
| 12 |
|
| 13 |
Choose 1 to see which fonts from the CD, if any, have been installed. |
| 14 |
|
| 15 |
Choose 2 and enter the name of a font family (eg Swiss) to install it. You |
| 16 |
may have to restart some applications for this to take effect. |
| 17 |
|
| 18 |
Choose 3 to quit the program. You can then close the task window. |
| 19 |
|
| 20 |
Make sure the CD is in your CD-ROM drive whenever you are using fonts from it |
| 21 |
- some applications may crash if a font suddenly stops being available. |
| 22 |
|
| 23 |
Make a note of which fonts you have used in a particular file. You will need |
| 24 |
to run FontsCD and install the fonts before you use the file. |
| 25 |
|
| 26 |
Note that oblique variants are not installed. If you wish to use a particular |
| 27 |
font that is not included, shift double-click on !FontsCD, open the |
| 28 |
appropriate letter directory, and edit the file Fonts. Make sure you take a |
| 29 |
backup before you do this. |
